This is a free and easy way to keep track of my workouts, whether it be CrossFit, olympic lifting, or anything. Using Googles features, I am able to save my workout data and access it from anywhere (phone, computer tablet). One great feature about this program is the ability to be searched. You can type in any movement or complex in the search button and find the days of when you did such movement and the data. Try this out and see if it helps save time in your training. (Please excuse the excessive use of the word really. I am trying to use that word less and less as I speak on camera.
