This is video #12 in my playthrough of Kingdom Hearts Re:coded for the Nintendo DS. Kingdom Hearts Re:coded Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLIZ8kn0xML25s4sY35y-C1zAobEAlHWoV Previously, Sora did Selphies Life Preserver quest in Destiny Islands. Now, he will continue the questing before exploring Olympus Coliseum. As he resumes, he heads to Traverse Town for Questploration (time 0:20). Another hidden backdoor is detected here. The blox are gone, but not the Heartless. Sora talks to Cid (time 1:40). Cid issues a quest to find his Wrench in exchange for a Thunder Charm. Quest accepted! Sora heads east to the Third District (time 2:24). The backdoor to the System Sector is to the west at the fire-marked door to Merlins lair (time 2:32). The challenge for Floor 1 is to exit the floor in 150 seconds or less. The floor is one room with five bug baddies: Shadows. At the top level, Sora takes the link to the next floor (time 4:57). The challenge for Floor 2 is to use a Finish command in under 80 seconds. On the skill tree, it is helpful to use a lower-level endpoint to achieve this challenge. Floor 2 has five bug baddies, all in the southwest room: three Soldiers and two large Bodies. In the northwest room, in my game, Sora finds a Blank Chip from one of the prize blox (time 6:54). A Gold Tricholoma may appear in one of the rooms (time 9:55). Hoo, yeah! In the northwest room, Sora takes the link to Floor 3 (time 13:13). Floor 3s challenge is to exit the floor in 45 seconds or less. It is one room and has three bug baddies: two giant Shadows and a giant Soldier. The Lady Luck Keyblade upgrades during the fight on this floor (time 13:40). Sora uses the terminal to exit the System Sector (time 13:58). He claims all the one-time rewards: a Zip Watch accessory, the Wrench, a Debug Device: R, an HP +2, a Strength +1, and a Magic +1. The Zip Watch prevents the Slow status ailment. The Wrench is the quest item for Cid. Sora also picks up an Air Spiral command. Sora acquires a Level Up chip upon exiting the system sector (time 14:44). Installing it, he reaches Level 23. He also unlocks another accessory slot, for a total of three slots. He wipes out the Bug Chip: R to the left of CPU 3 and picks up Air Slide Lv. 1. Air Slide allows Sora to perform an aerial dash by pressing B. Back in the First District, he reports in to Cid (time 16:33). He hands over the Wrench. Cid rewards him with a Thunder Charm. The Thunder Charm prevents the Jolt status ailment. Quest complete! Afterwards, Sora heads over to Wonderland for a little more Questploration (time 17:19). In the Clearing, he talks to Alice (time 17:34). She has lost her Teacup. Quest accepted! Sora already has the Teacup it is one of the rewards available for the Hedge Maze system sector. Sora turns in the Teacup to Alice (time 18:05). She rewards him with a Debug Device: R. Quest complete! Then, Sora talks to Alice again (time 18:25). This time, she asks him to find her Glass Vial. Quest accepted! To reach the hidden system sector, Sora takes the northwest exit to the Hedge Maze (time 19:01). He exits southwest to the Lotus Forest (time 19:16). The backdoor to the system sector is located on the north-central lotus (time 19:31). The challenge for Floor 1 is to miss with no more than 9 attacks. A challenge like this can be infuriating. Take care not to swing wildly. There are four bug baddies. In the north-central room, there is a Large Body. In the south-central room, there are three Soldiers. I would suggest not bothering with the Eliminator. Sora takes the link in the south-central room (time 24:42). On Floor 2, the challenge is to defeat 3 enemies at MAX overclock. Not too hard, and Sora has plenty of time to reach max overclock. This floor has three bug baddies. In the northwest room, there are a Large Body and a Soldier. In the south-central room, there is a Large Body. In the northeast room, Sora takes the link (time 29:51). Floor 3s challenge is to use a Finish command in under 50 seconds. Again, I would suggest using a lower-level endpoint in the skill tree. This floor has a whopping 30 bug baddies, all Blue Rhapsodies. Sora uses the terminal to exit the system sector (time 31:53). He is able to claim all the one-time rewards: a Half-moon Armlet, a Glass Vial, a Thunder +1, an Aero +1, and a Cure +1. Also, Sora acquires a Stop command. The Half-moon Armlet has the Half Damage ability, which halves the damage Sora takes when his HP is 25% or lower. The Glass Vial is the quest item for Alice. From the Lotus Forest, Sora heads southeast to the Aimless Path (time 32:45). He exits not-so-aimlessly to the Clearing in the southwest (time 32:53). The description is continued in the comments.
