This is video #044 in my playthrough of Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, part of the Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX. This video does not contain commentary. To view the commentary version, click here: http://youtu.be/yzctY_qMI14 After Sora has gone through the Pegasus Cup together with his friends and by himself, the party will now head on to the new world beyond Monstro. After returning to Agrabah, they embark along the route to the new world with a battle level of 5 (time 0:57). Beefing up the Gummi Ship may help out with this journey. When they reach the point where Monstro previously appeared, they are free to continue now (time 3:42). At the end of their flight, they arrive at the new world, Atlantica (time 4:52). Since there is no land, Donald uses his magic to ensure that they will arrive safely. They land in the Tranquil Grotto area. Theres something fishy here! They are met by some watery locals (time 5:57). After the scene, Sebastian and Flounder will teach the party how to swim in Atlantica (time 7:00). Navigating Atlantica can be a pain, but at least now you can tilt the camera up or down with the right stick. Next, the party has to tag Flounder (time 7:45). After they have successfully done this a few times, there is another brief scene (time 8:40). Uh oh, Heartless! Naturally, it is up to Sora and company to deal with these Heartless (time 9:11). Sea Neons can be defeated easily with the Fira spell. Not only do they fall quickly, they also drop MP balls by the ton. After the brief battle, Ariel comes out of hiding (time 9:29). However, Sebastian and Flounder have to be coaxed out of the shell theyre hiding in. Sora just have to strike the shell with his Keyblade (time 9:47). Looks like Sora and company have a new job escorting the princess home. Ariel is a good replacement for Goofy throughout this world. There is a save point inside the shell where Sebastian and Flounder were hiding. After preparing, the party heads on to the Undersea Valley area (time 12:15). This is a large area with several treasures. In this area, Donald reaches Level 31 and gets an increase in Max AP (time 12:32). The clam just across from the entrance can be opened with a cast of Fire (time 12:58). It contains a Mythril Shard. In a nearby nook, a clam that can be opened with the Keyblade contains a Mega-Ether (time 13:17). Below the red clam, there is another clam that can be opened with the Keyblade (time 14:11). It contains a Mega-Potion. Above this clam, there is a semi-hidden nook (time 14:21). The clam here contains a Mythril. On the other side of the big water jet, a clam is sitting on top of a pillar (time 15:31). This one contains an Elixir. On the other side of the valley, there is a clam that contains a Cottage (time 16:20). The trident symbols guide the way to the next area, the Calm Depths (time 16:31). Here, the party just has to go with the flow to an area with Search Ghosts. The water jet near the end will take the party back up to the Undersea Valley. For now, the party wants to take the rear exit to the Undersea Cave (time 17:17). There is a chance of encountering White Mushrooms here. In a nook, a clam contains a Cottage (time 17:45). To exit, the party rises to the Undersea Gorge (time 17:58). In the lower reaches of the gorge, there is a blue clam (time 18:57). To open this one, Sora has to use Blizzard. It contains a Mythril Shard. On a small pedestal, there is a normal clam that contains a Mega-Ether (time 19:46). Left of the exit to Tritons Palace, there is an exit to Undersea Garden (time 21:47). In this area, there is a blue clam containing a Mega-Potion. The party next heads to Tritons Palace (time 22:15). There will be new enemies here, the torpedo-headed Screwdrivers. On the sea floor to the left of the entrance, there is a clam containing a Cottage (time 23:17). On the floor to the right of the entrance, there is another clam containing a Mega-Ether (time 23:31). Towards the back on the right-hand side, there is a yellow clam that can be opened with the Thunder spell (time 23:45). It holds a Mythril Shard. While fighting some Screwdrivers, Sora reaches Level 33, gets a defense boost, and gets another accessory slot (time 24:19). On the left-hand side, there is a normal clam containing an Elixir (time 24:34). Next, the party heads to Tritons Throne (time 25:49). There, they meet King Triton, Ariels overbearing father. Why is he so spooked by mention of the Keyhole? And how does he expect a little crab to control Ariels movements? Anyway, at Tritons Throne, there is a clam containing a convenient save point.
